Gruppo Semeraro develops and operates several brands, primarily in the furniture industry – Citta Convenienza, Semeraro Mobili, Matto Mateo and RB. The group is Italy’s largest furniture conglomerate with large department stores and its own furniture factories throughout Italy.
My job, and mission, was to convert Citta Convenienza from seven individual department stores in seven different cities to one strong brand and one strong chain of department stores in Italy. Bergamo, Milan, Torino, Brescia, Ferarra, Vicenza and Roma.
